SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

How can I track the status of my order?

We'll send you the tracking number of your order once it has been shipped. 

If you do not receive this number, email us at hello@mademonday.com.au and we will be happy to help. Be sure to check your spam folder too!

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM AEST. This excludes weekend days and National Public Holidays. Our team will process your order within 48 hours, we then hand it over to our nominated carrier.

How much is delivery?

Domestic Australian: For orders under $100, standard shipping is $10 and express shipping $15. For orders over $100 we provide free standard shipping.  

New Zealand: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12 per order and express shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order.

International: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $20 for small orders (1 product) or $30 for a large order (more than 1 product).

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to New Zealand, Europe, United States and Canada. International shipping rates above.            

How long will my order take to get to me?

Australian Domestic Shipping: Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch. Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days after dispatch.      

International Shipping: Australia Post does experience unforeseen delays from time to time, please visit the Australia Post website for the most up to date transit times to each country.
