RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you made an error at checkout or for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email hello@mademonday.com.au so that our customer service team can provide assistance.

Please include your full name, email (that you made the purchase with), and order number.

Returns & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are only valid within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your unopened product for store credit, exchange for a different product of equal value, or receive a refund to the original payment method.

If you have purchased a ‘pack/bundle’ or used a ‘discount code’ and are entitled to a refund we reserve the right to pro rata your refund in accordance to how much you paid for each individual product.

To initiate a Refund, Return or Exchange, please contact hello@mademonday.com.au with your full name, email (that you made the purchase with), and order number.

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any ‘Sale Products’. Please note that any products purchased during a sale may be shorter-dated and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Order Issues

If your order arrives and there is an issue, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly and ensuring your satisfaction. If you fail to contact us within this timeframe, we may be unable to assist with any order issues.

Faulty & Damage Items

Made Monday will replace any products that are faulty/damaged, that do not meet specification or have been sent incorrectly.

For any faulty or damage Please email hello@mademonday.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damage. One of our team will be happy to help!

Additional Information

Made Monday is not responsible for any returns lost within the postal service.  We strongly recommend that you send returns back to us on a fully tracked service.

Any items returned to us that do not meet our returns criteria, will be sent back to you.
