Ingredients:
1/2 ripe banana, mashed (40-50g)
1/2 cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Creme or Honey & Cinnamon Overnight Oats (50g)
1-2 tbsp vanilla protein or plain flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup milk of choice (80ml)
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings - banana slices and/or chocolate chips, optional
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mash the banana and into an oven safe ramekin. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined (optional to blend all ingredients together until smooth).
3. Top with sliced banana and chocolate chips.
4. Bake at for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
