Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt, optional (45g)
Ganache
25g coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp pistachio spread
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt, optional (45g)

1 tbsp pistachio spread
1/2 tsp chopped pistachios, optional
Method:
- Add Made Monday Overnights Oats, milk and yoghurt to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- For the ganache, place the pistachio spread and coconut yoghurt in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Mix until smooth then spread over the oats.
- Optional to garnish with chopped pistachios. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
