Pistachio Overnight Oats

Pistachio Overnight Oats

Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt, optional (45g) 

Ganache
25g coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp pistachio spread
1/2 tsp chopped pistachios, optional

Method:
  1. Add Made Monday Overnights Oats, milk and yoghurt to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  2. For the ganache, place the pistachio spread and coconut yoghurt in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Mix until smooth then spread over the oats.
  3. Optional to garnish with chopped pistachios. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
