Malteser Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup dates
1/2 cup Made Monday Chocolate Therapy Overnight Oats (50g)
3 tbsp maple syrup (45g)
3 tbsp almond or peanut butter (60g)
Pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp soy/protein crisps
100g chocolate


Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients except soy crisps and chocolate to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth (mixture will resemble a sticky dough).
  2. Roll the mixture into 10 balls and place onto a lined plate to prevent them from sticking. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Heat the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until melted. Add the soy crisps and mix well.
  4. Place each ball into the chocolate mixture until evenly coated. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until chocolate has set.
