Japanese Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats* (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (125g) 
4+ biscoff cookies

Method:
  1. Add Made Monday Overnights Oats and milk to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  2. Spread the yoghurt over the oats, then press the biscoff biscuits in.
  3. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to set.

Notes:
*This recipe can be made with any flavour Made Monday.
*For a tiramisu twist, try adding a shot of coffee into the base of the oats or over the yoghurt before setting.
*For a fruity twist, mix some defrosted berries through the yoghurt layer before pressing in the biscuits.
