Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats* (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (125g)
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats* (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (125g)
4+ biscoff cookies
Method:
- Add Made Monday Overnights Oats and milk to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Spread the yoghurt over the oats, then press the biscoff biscuits in.
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to set.
Notes:
*This recipe can be made with any flavour Made Monday.
*For a tiramisu twist, try adding a shot of coffee into the base of the oats or over the yoghurt before setting.
*For a fruity twist, mix some defrosted berries through the yoghurt layer before pressing in the biscuits.
