Ingredients:
1/4 cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (25g)
1/4 cup self raising flour* (35g)
1 egg
1/2 banana, mashed (50g) 
⅓ cup milk of choice (80ml)
Toppings:
1 tbs biscoff spread
2-3 tbsp yoghurt, optional
Fresh fruit, sliced
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Alternatively mash the banana then whisk in the remaining ingredients.
 - Heat a lightly greased fry pan and add 2-3 tbs of batter at a time.
 - Swirl a teaspoon of melted biscoff spread through the pancake batter and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
 - When bubbles form, flip and cook for another minute or until golden. Repeat with remaining pancake mixture and biscoff spread.
 - Top with yoghurt and fruit to serve.
 
*Notes: self raising flour can be replaced with 35g plain flour + 3/4 tsp baking powder.
