Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed (approx. 160g)
2 tbsp maple syrup (30ml)
1½ cups milk of choice (375ml)
1 cup rolled oats (80g)
1 cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Creme or Honey & Cinnamon Overnight Oats (100g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mash the bananas directly into an oven safe baking dish.
3. Add Made Monday, rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, baking powder and cinnamon, mix until well combined.
3. Bake at for 35–40 minutes until lightly golden.
4. Divide into 4 portions and top with yoghurt, fresh fruit and a drizzle of nut butter to serve.
